Production Process of Seamless Tubes
Seamless titanium tubes are manufactured through a process called extrusion or rotary piercing.
- In extrusion, a solid titanium billet is heated to a high temperature and then forced through a die to form a hollow tube. This process ensures a seamless and uniform structure, resulting in tubes with consistent dimensions and properties.
- Alternatively, in rotary piercing, a solid cylindrical billet is rotated and pierced with a mandrel to create a hollow tube. Production Process of Welded Tubes
