Nickel Alloys

Nickel alloy is a type of high-performance material based on nickel, which improves its performance by adding other elements such as chromium, molybdenum, cobalt, etc. It has excellent high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and strength properties and is widely used in aerospace, chemical industry, Energy and medical fields.

Nickel Alloys Industrial Pioneers Resistant to High Temperatures and Corrosion

Titanium China stands at the forefront of high-performance nickel alloy production and supply. We specialize in a wide range of meticulously engineered nickel alloys, designed to excel in demanding conditions and applications.

Our nickel alloys are masterfully crafted to endure increased heat resistance, corrosion resistance, and controlled thermal expansion.

Renowned for their exceptional corrosion resistance, high-temperature strength, and versatile applicability, these alloys are integral across various sectors, including aerospace, chemical processing, electronics, and more.

Nickel alloys play an indispensable role in modern industry due to their unique physical and chemical properties. Nickel alloys provide reliable performance under extreme temperature and pressure conditions, as well as in environments requiring extremely high corrosion resistance.

Pure nickel (201 UNS N02201): Pure nickel is particularly suitable for caustic alkali environments. Even molten caustic alkali will not corrode pure nickel. The corrosion resistance in dry halogen media is outstanding, but if there is water below the dew point, its corrosion resistance will be reduced.

Nickel-Copper Alloy (400 UNS N04400): This is another common nickel alloy that is widely used in chemical equipment and other fields. They have good mechanical properties and corrosion resistance.

Nickel alloys for electric vacuum: This type of alloy is mainly used in electric vacuum devices such as electron tubes and has good electrical properties and high temperature stability.

Nickel alloy for thermocouples: used to make thermocouples, which can accurately measure temperature in high temperature environments.
Monel alloy: This is an early corrosion-resistant nickel-based alloy, containing copper and nickel, which has good corrosion resistance and mechanical strength.

Nickel-beryllium alloy: An alloy containing nickel and beryllium, often used to make components of precision equipment and instruments.
Nickel-based catalyst alloy for synthetic diamond: used as a catalyst in the process of synthetic diamond to help form the diamond crystal structure.
